Growing up and now raising her family in the outskirts of Pittsburgh, Maria has admiration for Pittsburgh-based businesses and culture. Her goal as a MOD representative is to make customers’ lives more manageable.
A University of Pittsburgh Alumni with over 14 years administrative and office management experience, Maria is a highly qualified assistant in the office and virtual setting. Maria’s history as a medical office manager has helped her gain knowledge helpful to any business needs. Experienced in Payroll, QuickBooks Online, Excel, Windows, web design and social media forums, she is always willing to put her all into any task. In addition to office assisting, working with people and companies as an event planner and promoter is one of her greatest passions.
Maria also enjoys working with customers on a personal level, helping keep their home life stress-free and more organized. When not proudly representing the MOD family, she enjoys time with her loved ones and watching the Pens, Steelers and Pirate plays.

Karianne Fischbach has a strong background assisting clients and helping to organize her clients lives and make them feel at ease. Her charismatic and efficient work ethic has allowed her exceed in her position as a business and/or personal assistant.
Karianne's professional background includes securing talent for multi-million dollar productions for a nationally recognized talent agency, fundraising coordination for The American Red Cross and working with celebrity clientele for over 8 years. She has become well versed in knowledge for calendar management, personal and business organization, coordinating travel itineraries, running errands and being extremely detail oriented. Her favorite tasks from clients include coordinating events, scheduling, and fundraising and running errands.

Cheryl Stephens is creative, energetic Pittsburgh native with an artistic point of view and natural curiosity which compliment her background in research and writing skills. Cheryl is completing two Bachelors Degrees in History and Political Science from Penn State University and has an industrious background curating social media content, administrative tasks, event coordinating and planning, and policy research for the non-profit sector. Cheryl enjoys finding innovating solutions to solve problems and sparking long-lasting connections everywhere she goes. Whether your workspace is a corporate office, shared space, or in the comfort of home, managing daily tasks and providing peace of mind to clients is her goal.
When not working with clients, Cheryl can be found strolling through art exhibits, spending time with good friends, discovering new podcasts, and advising as a personal stylist.
